Nirvair Sander Business Expansion Accelerates With Third Acquisition

The Nirvair Sander business expansion has entered another stage after the Martin & Co Worcester franchise owner completed his third acquisition within 12 months.

Sander acquired Parsons Choice, an estate and lettings agency based in Stoke Prior, in July 2026. The transaction followed the purchase of two lettings businesses in July and September 2025, including the lettings division of neighbouring Hills Estate Agents.

The latest deal expands Martin & Co Worcester’s presence in the regional property market and forms part of Sander’s broader growth strategy across Worcestershire and Gloucestershire.

Parsons Choice Adds An Established Local Client Base

Parsons Choice was considered a suitable acquisition because of its established reputation and existing relationships with landlords, tenants and other local clients.

Sander said the former owner was highly regarded by those using the agency and that Martin & Co could build on the foundation already created. He described Parsons Choice as a strategic fit with the company’s emphasis on personal service through a family-owned business.

Acquiring an established agency can provide a growing operator with access to an existing portfolio and local market knowledge. It can also allow the buyer to expand its geographic reach more quickly than opening a new office and developing a customer base from the beginning.

The financial value of the Parsons Choice transaction and the number of properties included in the deal have not been publicly disclosed.

Acquisition Strengthens The Worcester Operation

The deal is expected to strengthen Martin & Co’s position in Worcestershire while expanding the range of services and support available to landlords and tenants.

For the Worcester franchise, the acquisition adds another recognised local business to an operation that has already completed two transactions over the preceding year. The three purchases demonstrate that acquisitions have become an important part of Sander’s business development strategy.

Martin & Co managing director Toby Phillips said Sander had combined a clear growth plan with continued attention to service quality and customer relationships. He added that acquisitions could allow experienced operators to expand while retaining the local knowledge and personal approach valued by clients.

Staff Training Supports Rapid Business Growth

Completing three acquisitions within one year can create operational challenges, including the integration of employees, customer records, property portfolios and working practices.

Sander credited his team with helping the business manage its recent expansion. He said continued investment in staff training and operational support had enabled the agency to grow while maintaining its service standards.

This focus is particularly important for estate and lettings agencies because growth can increase the number of landlords, tenants and properties requiring ongoing support. Integrating an acquired agency successfully therefore depends not only on completing the transaction but also on preserving existing client relationships.

Further Acquisitions Could Follow

The Parsons Choice purchase is unlikely to be the final stage of the Nirvair Sander business expansion. Sander said the company remains interested in quality businesses that complement its existing portfolio across Worcestershire and Gloucestershire.

He also invited local agency owners to discuss potential opportunities where the businesses could work together or complement one another. However, Sander stressed that future growth must not compromise the standards expected by existing customers.

Further transactions will therefore appear to depend on finding established local operators that fit Martin & Co Worcester’s geographic coverage, service model and customer-focused approach.

What The Expansion Means For Martin & Co?

The latest acquisition gives Martin & Co Worcester a stronger regional footprint while preserving the value of an established independent agency’s local relationships.

For Sander, completing three acquisitions in 12 months represents a significant acceleration in the size and reach of the franchise. The strategy also shows how regional property businesses can use carefully selected acquisitions to add clients, expertise and market coverage without relying entirely on organic growth.

With further opportunities still being considered, Martin & Co Worcester could continue expanding across Worcestershire and Gloucestershire where suitable agencies become available.
